Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving their order. Exchanges are accepted for both of the following cases:

Exchanging the product for a different size
Exchanging the product for a completely different item

Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet the following conditions:

The shoes must be unworn and unused
The product must be returned in the same condition it was delivered
All original packaging, bags, tags, and accessories must be included
The item must not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the exchange request may be refused.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. Once the request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

Exchange Delivery Fee

In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the delivery fee of $3 for the new shipment.

Refunds

At this time, refunds are not offered. Only exchanges are available according to the conditions listed above.
